An integration company in Hadera's area that deals in the worlds of the cloud and information security is looking for a full-time helpdesk Support Representative.
The role consists of:
Technical Support for end users
Maintenance of computers and peripheral equipment
Working with Microsoft Server environments
Managing Active Directory and Office 365 services
Handling various computing & security products
Executing and maintaining a diverse range of IT projects.

Requirements:
Eagerness for continuous learning
Excellent interpersonal skills
Written and verbal proficiency in the Hebrew language
Experience in Technical Support for end users
Experience in maintaining computers and peripheral equipment
Experience working with Office 365/Active Directory/Exchange
Experience working with Office 365 Cloud Management - An advantage
Professional IT courses and certifications (such as CCNA, NSE and CompTIA)
Knowledge and experience in maintaining Hyper-V / VMware virtual machines - An advantage
Knowledge of network protocols - An advantage
Hands-on experience with network devices and and firewalls - An advantage.
