As a User Experience Researcher, you will generate user insights and integrate them into different stages of the product development process.
About the Role
* Plan, designed, and conducted UX research using various research methods, including usability testing, in-depth interviews, focus groups, surveys, and data analysis
* Drive changes by translating research findings into actionable insights and recommendations for product and leadership teams, through written reports, in-person presentations, and hands-on collaboration
* Work with Stakeholders, Designers, Product Managers, and Engineers to prioritize research opportunities and scope in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
* Manage research operations, including participant recruitment, screening, and scheduling
* Partner with the research team to integrate insights, and find creative ways to increase customer empathy and user-centered approaches within the organization
* Implement a user-centered approach of guidance, education, and hand-holding within our product flows
