Responsibilities:
Research and analyze market trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to identify opportunities for innovation.
Develop prototypes while collaborating with other stakeholders to refine concepts and translate them into actionable plans.
Lead the development process from planning to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in innovation, technology, and design thinking.
Communicate progress, challenges, and insights to key stakeholders through reports, presentations etc.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
At least 3 years of experience in innovation, product development, or a related role.
Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, JAVA, JavaScript ) and software development tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically.
Excellent written verbal communication skills in Englis
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
Experience with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping techniques.
Passion for innovation and a demonstrated track record of bringing new ideas to life.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
