Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust full-stack web applications using Node.js and React.
Design and implement scalable microservices architectures.
Collaborate with product managers and designers to align technical solutions with product goals.
Perform code reviews to uphold quality standards across the development lifecycle.
Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues to ensure optimal performance.
Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and technical expertise.
Research and integrate industry trends to continually evolve and enhance our tech stack.

Requirements:

Full-Stack Expert: You have at least 5 years of experience as a FullStack developer. You are a versatile full-stack developer with extensive hands-on experience in JavaScript, Node.js, React, and cloud environments like AWS. You are someone who thrives in designing scalable, production-ready applications and can efficiently navigate complex development cycles. Your ability to craft robust solutions in both web and mobile environments (knowledge of React Native is an advantage) with experience in version control systems such as Git, sets you apart as a technical leader.
An Architect: You are highly proficient in microservices architecture and have hands-on experience with RESTful APIs. You bring architectural leadership and can shape the technical direction of projects by influencing key decisions and driving scalable solutions. You are familiar with container environments and cloud technologies add another layer to your capabilities, ensuring seamless integration and deployment of services.
Problem Solver and Production obsessed: Your passion for troubleshooting keeps you energized and motivated, even in the face of the most complex technical challenges.
