Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure swift progress of candidates throughout the entire hiring cycle.
* Stakeholders management - consult and collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and goals, and find the best talent to meet those needs.
* Impact on candidates experience - create a positive and engaging recruiting experience for all candidates. Act as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
* Find the right talent: utilize diverse channels and tools to promote talent sourcing. Review, screen, and conduct interviews with potential candidates. Build and maintain a robust candidate database.
* Generate and analyze data, KPIs, insights reports, and ROI to optimize recruitment strategies.
* Enhance our employer branding.
