Key Responsibilities
· Support and execute the compensation plans of each of the Company’s Sales Team
· Introducing compensation plan guidelines to new hires in the sales department
· Assistance in the monthly commission payments process
Desired Skills & Experience
· One and a half years or more remaining of studies in Economics or Business Management
· Outstanding oral and written communication skills is a must
· Fluent in English (writing and speaking)
· Highly responsible, very detailed oriented, and organized (Attention to details, follow-up, and time management skills)
· Ability to work hard under pressure in a globally dynamic environment
· Highly driven and self-motivated
· Team player, can-do attitude, flexible, self-motivated
· Experience with Microsoft Excel - Advantage
