Who We're Looking For - The Dream Maker

We're in search for a talented Billing Operations & Financial Data Analyst - a data-driven professional who can seamlessly blend billing operations oversight with financial analysis and data insight. This role is ideal for someone who not only understands billing mechanics but is passionate about digging into data, identifying trends, and building smart, scalable reporting tools that drive business decisions.

You'll lead a team of Billing Specialists delivering SMBs, corporate clients, and strategic partners, while also designing and maintaining advanced reporting processes using Excel, Google Sheets, and BI tools. Your analytical mindset and ownership mentality will be key in improving billing efficiency, ensuring accuracy, and providing insights that help steer the company forward.

Your Arena

Lead and manage the Billing Department: recruit, onboard, train, and evaluate team performance.
Ensure timely and accurate preparation, review, and submission of all client invoices.
Conduct deep analysis on billing and financial data to identify anomalies, inefficiencies, or recurring issues (e.g., denials, underpayments, refund trends).
Build and manage automated, intelligent dashboards and reconciliation reports (in Excel/Sheets/BI).
Translate data into actionable insights to improve billing workflows and support broader business strategy.
Maintain and improve billing policies, procedures, and documentation through an internal knowledge base.
Own the reconciliation process and communicate findings and recommendations to leadership.
Act as a key liaison between Billing, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams.
Ensure billing data integrity across systems and reporting tools.
Handle ad hoc data and reporting requests from management and clients.
Deliver high-quality service to internal and external stakeholders, with a strong focus on accuracy, clarity, and responsiveness.
Comply with Sales tax and other federal and state requirements.

Requirements

What It Takes:

Bachelor's degree - Must; a business degree with a focus on accounting or finance is a plus.
Proven experience within billing, financial operations, or reconciliation roles - Must
Proficiency in English - Must; some of your closest collaborates don't speak Hebrew.
Proven experience managing and mentoring teams in a billing or finance function - Must
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel - Must
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights - Must
Strong organization skills and attention to detail - Must
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines
Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation processes, and financial reporting
Experience with Stripe, Shopify and other Billing systems - Advantage
Experience in the e-commerce industry - Advantage
Knowledge of U.S. Sales Tax compliance and regulatory requirements - Advantage
