IT Manager

We are looking for a dynamic IT manager, someone with extensive experience managing IT domain .

The IT Manager will play a key role in developing and planning the company's technology roadmap through identifying gaps in current applications and exploring new technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Managed and led the corporate IT & Security Department while acting as a point of contact for all IT and Information Security-related issues.
Drive and support the overall IT landscape across business applications , R&D and operations
Manage the IT demand and the business budgets.
Ability to work autonomously and solve issues efficiently, Lead projects and manage IT assets.
Manage IS0 27001 You will work with company systems and security.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in IT domain, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
At least 5 years experience as a Help Desk / IT Support (Tier 1 & Tier 2) System.
Experience in Linux trouble shooting, installation and maintenance.
High customer orientation skills
Familiarity with Hardware components (Desktops, Laptops)
Practical experience in Windows and Linux, MacOS.
IT backend environment understanding (GPO, Single Sign-On, Active directory, O365, EntraID)
Well experienced in supporting end-user desktop applications such as, printing, End Point Security etc.
Diagnosing network issues (Lan / Wan, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS)
ISO 27001 management.
Knowledge of information security principles and practices
Security certifications – CISSP, CISA, CISM -advantage.
English at a high level.
