We are looking for a Data & AI Engineer to join our team.

Requirements:

5 Years of experience in backend engineering, data engineering, or equivalent
Proven experience building and deploying production-grade AI agents.
Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, Langchain, pydantic-ai, LlamaIndex, OpenAI Agents SDK, or similar).
experience with embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS)
Proficiency in Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and deploying ML models/agents in production environments.
Advanced knowledge in SQL.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts and work cross-functionally in a dynamic team setting.
Experience with n8n, Make, or other automation platforms - An advantage

Responsibilities:

Build, maintain, and optimize production-grade AI agents using frameworks such as LangGraph, pydantic-ai, LlamaIndex, or similar
Partner with product, engineering, operations, and business teams to identify opportunities where GenAI can enhance workflows, increase productivity, and translate operational pain points into technical solutions.
Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines.
Develop backend APIs and data pipelines to connect agent outputs into internal tools and end-user applications.
Define and implement best practices for LLM evaluation, observability, error handling, prompts, and tool versioning.
Mentor team members, guide technical direction, and expand Guesty’s GenAI footprint.
