Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to drive our strategic initiatives and elevate our brand presence. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to manage and grow our operations across various channels.

Requirements:

Market Analysis: Monitor competitors and industry trends to inform strategies.
Sourcing & Design: Manage supplier relationships and oversee product design and launches.
Marketing Agency Relationship Management: Collaborate with creative agencies to develop impactful campaigns.
Marketing Channels: Lead efforts in organic social media, email & SMS marketing, and SEO.
Customer Retention: Develop strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention.
Brand Consistency: Maintain the brand book and coordinate photo shoot days.
Expansion: Drive wholesale and retail growth opportunities.
Analytics: Create dashboards and analyze data to guide decision-making.
Financial Oversight: Manage the brand’s profit and loss to ensure sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in personal care or DTC.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Proficiency with analytics tools and e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
