Are you a skilled HVAC Technician looking for a new opportunity with a respected facilities management company? JLL is seeking a motivated and experienced HVAC Lead to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities:
Managing and maintaining buildings services and grounds
Responsible for overseeing and directing the activities of staff on site
Managing Client relationships effectively & efficiently
Space management
Arranging for all important inspections, approvals and licenses
Maintaining safety and EHS Compliance
Developing and administering the policies of the facility
Preparing, maintaining, and submitting reports and records to the Client and IFM team
Participating in hiring new staff members
Implementing strong financial management practices.
Attending staff conferences and trainings.

Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in HVAC systems with specific knowledge of air treatment units
Background in facilities management HVAC, Fire Protection, Life Safety System etc.
Previous experience of managing people and vendors preferable.
IT Skills – MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc..
Strong administration, organizational, documentation and analytical skills
Excellent Problem-solving skills
Ability to work within a team
Meticulous attention to detail
