As we continue to grow, we're seeking a Risk Manager to design, implement, and lead our risk framework from the ground up.

What You’ll Do
Establish and lead Neema’s risk management framework, ensuring a proactive, business-enabling approach.
Map, assess, and monitor all Neema’s risks, including strategic, regulatory, operational, technological, and reputational risks.
Conduct risk assessments (ERM) and build a company-wide risk map, including forward-looking trend analysis and stress testing.
Partner with leadership on global expansion and business initiatives, evaluating risk-return trade-offs and identifying opportunities through a risk lens.
Define and update risk policies, integrating them into decision-making processes.
Oversee internal controls, loss event tracking, and compliance risk identification in collaboration with the compliance team.
Work closely with CISO and IT to manage cybersecurity and third-party tech risks, ensuring compliance with global standards (GDPR, ISO, NIST).

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in risk management, preferably in fintech or financial services.
Proven experience in building risk functions from the ground up.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills—able to work closely with compliance, security, product, and business teams.
Deep understanding of global financial regulations and enterprise risk management (ERM).
Analytical and forward-thinking, with experience in stress testing and scenario analysis.
Ability to balance risk and opportunity, enabling growth while maintaining stability.
Experience working with dashboards and reporting tools to visualize and communicate risk metrics.
Self-starter, decision-maker, and proactive leader who can drive risk culture across the organization.
