Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a SAAS Company Project Manager for Software Development, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of software development projects, from initiation to delivery. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, manage resources effectively, and ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and to quality standards.

Responsibilities:
Manage software development projects throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and scope.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, designers, and QA engineers to define project requirements, create project plans, and allocate resources effectively.
Implement and maintain best practices for project management, including risk management, change management, and issue resolution.
Facilitate regular project status dissemination, providing updates to stakeholders, identifying and addressing project risks, and driving resolution of issues.
Optimize our resource pool across multiple projects, balancing workload and priorities to maximize team productivity.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying deviations from plan and implementing corrective actions as needed to keep projects on track.
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
Conduct post-project reviews and retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proven experience (5+ years) as a Project Manager in a fast paced software development environment.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies (including Agile) and best practices for managing the software development lifecycle.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, with the capacity to motivate teams, drive results, and resolve conflicts.
Experience managing remote teams and working in a remote environment.
Native-level English proficiency is required.
PMP, Prince2, or other relevant project management certifications are a plus.
