We’re launching a new commercial service in Israel and are looking for a motivated Junior Client Services Associate to join our team in Tel Aviv. This is a unique opportunity to be part of an exciting new initiative from the ground up, working closely with the leadership team to support both commercial operations and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a client‑facing team member, working directly with clients to support their needs, answer questions, and contribute to strong ongoing relationships.

Support client service operations, including onboarding, communication, and ongoing relationship management.

Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, contracting, invoicing, and documentation.

Use tools such as Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and other platforms to manage workflows and client interactions.

Contribute to commercial activities, including preparing presentations, reports, and proposals.

Collaborate on statistical extrapolations and data analysis projects as needed.

Requirements

Must be based in Israel and able to work from our Tel Aviv office.

High proficiency in Hebrew and English (spoken and written).

1–2 years of experience in a health or data-related, administrative, or client-facing role (internships count!).

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

B.sc, preferably in health-related field.

Background in data, statistics, or a related field is advantageous.

Excellent communication and organizational skills. A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
