What You'll Be Doing: Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear strategic vision for Incredibuild's product portfolio. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to drive product innovation. Product Management Leadership: Lead the product group to define and execute the product strategy. Provide guidance on product roadmaps, feature prioritization, and overall product development. Market Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to make informed decisions that keep Incredibuild at the forefront of the market. Team Development: Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the product management team. Mentor and guide team members to achieve their full potential. Customer Focus: Work closely with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and aspirations. Translate customer insights into product features and improvements.
