In this role you will be part of the Corporate Development team, focusing on the analysis and execution of mergers , acquisitions, and investment transactions.
We are seeking a sharp, results-driven Corporate Development & M&A analyst to lead business opportunity assessments, manage due diligence processes, and support strategic transactions. This role requires strong analytical skills, exceptional project management capabilities, and the ability to represent Stratasys confidently in complex negotiations.

Analyze business opportunities and lead due diligence processes.
Collaborate closely with R&D, Product, IP, Go-to-Market, and other internal teams to evaluate strategic and technological fit of business opportunities.
Orchestrate multidisciplinary (internal and external) teams in the assessment and execution of M&A and investment projects.
Prepare analyses, presentations and materials for executive decision-making.
Coordinate meetings and manage project timelines and deliverables.
Review and interpret transactional documents, including Term Sheets, Letters of Intent, and acquisition agreements.
Support the preparation of operational or financial models (advantageous).

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (mandatory).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, corporate development, venture capital, private equity or a related field.
Proven experience in reviewing and interpreting transactional documents.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly understand complex business scenarios.
Details oriented, with strong ability to create a bigger picture view
High-level proficiency in English (spoken, written, and reading).
Self-starter with excellent time management, independent working abilities, and a proactive approach.
Advantage: Experience in creating financial or operational models.
