Senior Recruiter - Temporary

About the role:

We are looking for a Senior Recruiter (temporary position) to support our talent acquisition efforts, focusing on global technical roles.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting for high-growth companies and possess strong drive with the ability to work independently as well as part of a global team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about recruiting top talent, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is excited to contribute to the growth of a cutting-edge fraud prevention company

What you'll be doing:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical positions, from sourcing, screening to offer negotiation and close.
Collaborate with hiring leaders to formulate talent acquisition strategies tailored to current and future hiring needs. This involves understanding specific role requirements, defining skills criteria, establishing a clear interview process, and creating a sourcing plan.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
Utilize various sourcing strategies to identify and engage passive top-talent.
Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through the interview process to offer acceptance.
Gather feedback from candidates and hiring teams to continuously improve Forter's recruitment process.
Who are you:
6 years of full-cycle in house recruiting experience- a must.
Experience from global tech organization- a must.
Experience in conducting active sourcing on various search platforms- a must.
Proficient in full-cycle recruiting, including candidate sourcing, managing the interview process, and conducting offer negotiations through closure- a must.
Ability to inspire, communicate effectively, and build relationships both internally and externally.
Strong project management skills, showcasing the ability to coordinate and manage details in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in using the Greenhouse ATS or a similar applicant tracking system.
