HR Specialist & Employee Welfare

This position requires being on-site 4 times a week in our Jerusalem office You will:
* Act as a first point of contact and support HR issues and inquiries, and proactively meet with employees
* Own various aspects of the employee lifecycle for Israel employees, including but not limited to onboarding and offboarding
* Manage employee data accurately on various systems including Excel and Workday HRIS
* Assist members of HR, Operations, and Finance with HR-related tasks
* Initiate, coordinate, and manage various employee welfare programs, including health and wellness initiatives, social activities, all-hands, happy hours and employee recognition events. This includes maintaining accurate records and reports related to employee programs and creating event surveys?You have: 3+ years relevant experience, working in HR Operations including 2 years managing employee welfare programs or HR-related functions
* Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
