Define devices' requirements and specifications based on multiple stakeholders' inputs technical specifications, usability specifications, regulatory specifications.
Prototype, build and improve designs utilizing clinical personnel feedback throughout design process.
Work with wide variety of technologies wide variety of machining options (5-axis CNC to Swiss-type lathing), 3D Printing, PIM/MIM, and many more technologies available in-house during products' early stages.
Lead R D projects from kickoff to mass production:
Plan and perform design validation activities.
Support regulatory activities Validations,
Mechanical engineering degree B.Sc. / M.Sc.
proven experience as a team leader
At least 4 years of proven experience in R D positions.
Experience in manufacturing technologies and processes.
Experience in medical devices industry an advantage.
Experience in formulating, planning, documenting, and conducting tests.
Strong written and verbal communication skills Hebrew and English.
Hands-on approach.
