We are a leading software company, is seeking for an experienced C ++ Developer to join us. We specialize in delivering cutting-edge software services, allowing clients to focus on their core business activities. As a tech lead you will: * Lead the design of systems and infrastructure. * Assume a technical leadership role, guiding and mentoring a team of C ++ developers. * Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to architectural standards. * Respond effectively to production problems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure system reliability.

Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience in developing high-performance code in C ++ for Windows platform or rt systems
* Strong understanding of OOP, multi-process, and multi-threading applications
* Experience in the computer vision algorithms implementation
* Deep understanding of the image processing principles
* Experience with NVidia tools and SDKs is a strong advantage
* Experience with video grabbing, processing, and display
* Experience with DirectX or OpenGL
* Experience with MatLab and Python code
* Experience in implementation of Machine Learning based algorithms, pre and post-processing implementations
* Experience in CUDA programming
* Experience with OpenCV
* Experience with GIT
* Proven experience with software performance optimizations
