Claims and Debt Collection Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage claims and debt collection teams and processes.
Inspect claims and make final decisions on claim approvals.
Ensure claims processes align with internal and external regulatory requirements
Supervise and negotiate with external collection partners and lawyers.
Escalate unresolved cases to legal advisors and oversee legal action when required
Maintain accurate documentation of cases for audit and reporting purposes
Work closely with insured customers

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics\Business Management\ any other relevant field
Bachelor’s degree in law and bar certification- advantage
Minimum three years of experience in finance, insurance, credit risk, or debt collections
High level of local and international commercial and financial law
Proven experience in managing employees and leading operational processes
Strong understanding of financial terminology
Experience working with financial systems and software
Native Hebrew language and high proficiency in English- verbal and written
