We are looking for a team player, independent and responsible person, quick learner, adapting to changes.Responsibilities include:Be part of our Global IT team for all company’s worldwide employees.Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.Maintain, upgrade, and troubleshoot physical and virtual PCs / Laptops,Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software for all the company worldwide employees.Prepare and install new employees’ computers (Mac & Windows)You willDeliver innovative solutions (cloud platforms) Azure AD, Office 365, Intune, and related technologiesSupport on / off-boarding processSupport Papaya employees (global and local)Monitor network performance and troubleshoot problem areas as neededWork with various teams - such as security, R&D, DevOps, and moreSupport and execute IT projects and new technologiesRequirements:5+ years of practical, hands-on experience in Helpdesk support and IT Systems Administrationknowledge and experience with Microsoft Entra IDknowledge and experience with Microsoft Intuneknowledge with Microsoft Power AutomateExperience with supporting and managing Windows and Mac devicesDeep knowledge with office 365 (manage groups, users, and integrations, SSO, SharePoint)Experience with supporting Azure VMsExperience with power shell and scriptingHighly proficient in spoken and written EnglishTeam player, high serviceability, great interpersonal skills – Must
