We are looking for a Electrical BIM Lead to join our Israeli team based in Kiryat Gat (office/site based – 5 Days per Week) who is excited about working on advanced facilities projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us and you will have the chance to work on projects at some of the world’s most state of the art industrial and commercial facilities.

As an Electrical BIM Lead, you will seek to implement innovative methods of delivery processes including automation and standardisation whilst working with your team to actively raise the standard of information management across our projects, coaching and guiding team members and key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

• Support strong service delivery to clients.
• Deliver BIM content for the semi-conductor market.
• Prioritise market objectives and collaboratively work with the team of Digital Delivery Technicians
• Liaise with internal and external clients, as required.
• Maintain high work standards, minimise production errors and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with Digital Delivery Leads, delivering BIM models as per the Jacobs BIM Standards and project requirements.
• Help in creating and modifying Content Library in compliance with market/client/Jacobs BIM Standards.
• Review and validate data fields in the BIM Objects as per market/client/Jacobs BIM standards.
• Supply information for use in Coordination Meetings and attend as required.
• Identify and escalate risks as required.

Here’s what you’ll need:

• Team management experience
• Experience working with cross functional teams.
• 5 years of experience working in and Electrical BIM environment.
• Significant working experience with BIM software
• Sound knowledge of MEP 3D software.
• Candidate should have experience conducting clash detection and visual walkthroughs using Navisworks.
• Knowledge of Revit.
• Strong planning and organising skills – task management, resourcing, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally.

Desired Skills:
• Dynamo or scripting abilities are a plus.
• SmartPlant 3D
