The role requires team players who create long-term, trusting relationships which both deliver value and happy clients, who will be delighted to retain and grow their business with Artlist. * Managing a portfolio of assigned accounts
* Proactively leading all client renewal and upsell activities
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders
* Showcase Artlist's value proposition aligned to the clients creative business needs
* Keep regular customer engagement and touchpoints to gain feedback and check-in
* Accountable for performance forecasts for renewals and upsells
* Maintain an accurate CRM and individual pipelines
* Collaborate with sales teams to ensure smooth handovers and a great client experience
* Handle technical or commercial challenges and escalation processes
* Work with Artlist Content teams to deliver added value to clients wherever possible
