We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead the development of user-centric, cutting-edge interfaces that empower clinicians and improve the effectiveness of behavioral health care. Who are you?
You are a highly experienced frontend engineer with extensive expertise in React and modern frontend development practices. You have a proven track record of delivering scalable and maintainable user interfaces. You are passionate about UX/UI design and have the technical ability to bring those designs to life seamlessly.

How will you contribute?

Lead the design and development of complex frontend features and interfaces.
Collaborate closely with product managers and UX designers to create user-friendly solutions.
Optimize frontend performance to ensure fast and reliable applications.
Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and documentation.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the growth of the team.

Requirements

What qualifications and skills will help you be successful?

5+ years of experience in frontend development, with deep expertise in React.
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frontend libraries.
Experience with state management tools (e.g., Redux, MobX) and component libraries.
Strong understanding of responsive and accessible design principles.
Excellent debugging and optimization skills.
Experience in collaborating with backend teams and integrating APIs.
Wonderful to have: Experience in behavioral health tech or AI technologies.
