The Opportunity:
We are looking for experienced Tech Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the backend architecture, developing scalable Python solutions, and mentoring a talented team of engineers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge features and ensure the smooth operation of our core backend systems that support our multi-sensory AI products.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and implementation of high-performance backend solutions in Python.

Architect scalable systems, ensuring seamless integration with various platforms, including AI/ML pipelines.

Mentor and guide a team of Python engineers, driving best practices in coding, architecture, and collaboration.

Collaborate closely with the product and the developments teams to ensure successful feature development and delivery.

Oversee and optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring efficient deployment and integration processes.

Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring TechSee remains at the forefront of backend development.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a Tech Lead.

5+ years of backend development experience with Python.

Experience with Django, FastAPI, Celery, Poetry.

Familiarity with both SQL and NoSQL databases (like MongoDB and Postgres).

Hands-on experience with AWS services, particularly with serverless architectures.

Experience with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes (Advantage)

Experience with Machine Learning frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch (Advantage).

Experience in ML Ops and Cloud infrastructure (Advantage).

Strong problem-solving skills, with a track record of resolving complex backend challenges.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.

A continuous learner, with a passion for staying up-to-date on backend technologies and trends.
