Requirements:

Proficient knowledge in information systems - Must.
Experience in managing software tools in a project management or organizational development capacity.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
Strong organizational skills to manage a diverse range of tools and systems effectively.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to provide training and support on various software platforms.

About the position:

As an Information System Specialist at Spinomenal, you will be an integral part of our organizational development department, with a close working relationship with all the company departments. Your primary responsibilities will include managing and optimizing our Jira and Monday.com platforms, improving the processes managed in them, and implementing new systems to improve the company's processes. ensuring smooth project tracking and enhancing team collaboration. This full-time position is offered in a hybrid setting from our office in Ramat Gan. Your expertise in system analysis, project management tools, and an understanding of the unique dynamics of the iGaming industry will be key in streamlining our operations and contributing to our growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Managing and overseeing the use of Jira and Monday.com, along with other project management and development tools.
Collaborating with various departments to integrate these tools into their workflows effectively, enhancing productivity and collaboration.
Translation of the company's internal work processes into verified processes and their management in the company's systems.
Conducting regular system audits, updates, and optimizations to ensure tools are functioning optimally and meeting the organization's evolving needs.
Providing training, support, and guidance to team members on the effective use of software tools, focusing on maximizing efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement continuous improvements.
Work closely with IT and development teams to align Jira with broader organizational needs.
Staying abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software tools and systems relevant to the iGaming industry and organizational development.
Being the main focal point for complex issue solving.
Creating a supportive environment through patience, adaptability, clear communication, active listening, and strong leadership to guide teams, resolve conflicts, and promote collaboration during changes.
