We are seeking a forward-thinking, proactive Site Reliability Engineer to join our dynamic Operations team. Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer, with a strong portfolio of developed monitoring systems and automated tools, particularly in SaaS environments.
Expertise in using infrastructure as code (IaC) tools and modern CI/CD pipelines.
Strong proficiency in programming or scripting languages relevant to automation and tool development.
Extensive knowledge of cloud services, particularly AWS, and container orchestration via Kubernetes.
Demonstrated ability to implement effective monitoring solutions using tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be instrumental in developing and refining the monitoring systems that ensure the operational health of our platforms. You will build automated solutions that enhance our ability to detect, diagnose, and respond to reliability issues in a dynamic SaaS environment. Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain advanced monitoring systems to ensure proactive detection of reliability issues in our Kubernetes-based SaaS environment.
Collaborate with R&D and Product teams to ensure that operational capabilities are considered early in the development cycle and throughout the system's evolution.
Develop tools and automation scripts in Python, Bash, or other languages to improve system resilience and reduce manual intervention.
Document and refine engineering processes to aid in system maintenance and onboarding of new team members.
