Scope: Full Time, Employed
Salary Range: 30K-40K NIS p/m
Model: Hybrid (4x a week on-site)
Responsibilities:
Contribute to system architecture improvements and modernization efforts
Optimize development workflows through automation and continuous improvement
Provide team guidance through mentoring, training, and hands-on support
Deliver reliable and maintainable code within fast-paced environments
Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of scalable software systems
8+ years backend development experience
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields
Proven experience in rapidly improving development speed and reducing bugs using AI-based tools
Required Software Knowledge:
Proven expertise in C#, .Net Core, ASP.NET Core, MongoDB
Strong front-end experience with React, Angular 5+ or similar
Knowledge of Cloud/Containers with AWS or similar, Kubernetes
AI Tools: GitHub Copilot, Claude
