Program & Automation Manager

Global-e’s Professional Services Department is looking for a Program & Automation Manager.

This role involves analyzing current processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing automated solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:

Optimize/Improve Processes:

Design and implement Jira automation rules to streamline workflows for multiple teams and project types
Manage the lifecycle of automation projects
Analyze processes within the PS team and make recommendations for improvements to reduce manual work
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Jira workflows
Integrate Jira with other tools, applications and systems to enhance automation capabilities

Collaborate with other departments: Closely collaborate with Customer Success, Product, Finance, etc’

Training and Support:

Proactively provide hands-on assistance and guidance to PS team members
Build and maintain knowledge base, documenting best practices, frequently asked questions, enrich team trainings
Ensure all changes are well-documented and communicated to relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

At least 2-3 years of Project management experience or in a similar role
Proficiency with project management software and customer relationship systems (Jira, Asana, Trello, HubSpot, Confluence, etc’) - Must
Bachelor’s degree in industrial Engineer/Information Technology, or a related field - preferred
Proven experience in process management and automation - Must
Resourceful and innovative thinker with the ability to solve problems and execute tasks in a fast-growing and dynamic company, with a strong sense of accountability and adaptability
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Independently manage and prioritize task assignments
Team player with a passion for continuous improvement
