Requirements:

Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of experience as a frontend developer, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead frontend domain and initiatives, driving technical decisions and influencing product strategy.
Product Design Skills: Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles. Experience in translating product requirements into intuitive and visually compelling frontend experiences.
Building from Scratch: Comfortable working in an early-stage environment, building product features and systems from the ground up.
JavaScript Expertise: Strong knowledge of JavaScript, ES6+, and frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SCSS).
Frontend Frameworks & Tools: Proficiency in React.js, including state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Context API), routing, and building reusable components.
Performance & Optimization: Experience optimizing applications for performance, and scalability.
Version Control: Proficiency with Git and Git-based workflows (GitHub, GitLab, etc.).
Testing & Quality: Solid experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
Dynamic Environment: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, adapt to shifting priorities, and take ownership of tasks.
Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical solutions.

Advantage:

Design Tools: Familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, and experience collaborating closely with design teams to implement designs.
AI/ML Knowledge: Basic understanding of the AI/ML landscape, with an interest in AI security and its unique challenges.
Full-Stack Experience: Experience working with backend technologies (e.g., Node.js, Python) to facilitate full-stack development.
Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) and deploying frontend applications in a cloud-based infrastructure.
CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, testing, and deployment processes.
Security Awareness: Awareness of security best practices in frontend development, particularly for applications handling sensitive data.

Experience in Stealth Mode Startups: Familiarity with the challenges of working in stealth-mode or early-stage startups.
