Position Overview:

We seek a skilled and motivated Controller to join our Finance team. In this role, you will manage financial operations and lead accounting closing processes. We value strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The ideal candidate can work independently and collaboratively, handle multiple tasks, and thrive in dynamic environments.

Requirements:

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a degree in accounting.
2 years of experience as an Assistant Controller/Controller, preferably in a high-tech or startup environment.
Experience with NetSuite.
Experience in AR/AP and Cash Flow processes.
Familiarity with expense and travel management tools.
Experience in BIG 4 accounting firms - tech department.
Full proficiency with US GAAP standards.
Full proficiency in Excel and other Office tools.
High proficiency in both English and Hebrew (written and spoken).

Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, including working papers, accruals, journal entries, and reporting packages.
Support annual audits by collaborating with external auditors and providing required documentation.
Assist in preparing the monthly cash flow report and support AR/AP processes.
Manage tax reporting in Israel and abroad, working closely with tax advisors.

Financial Operations:

Work closely with accounting and legal advisors, regulators, and banks.
Implement and enforce financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Manage special projects and ad-hoc tasks, including implementing new financial tools and improving existing processes.
