The Role
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join our Tel Aviv office on a temporary maternity leave cover. This role is recruiting-led, with primary ownership over global hiring across EMEA and APAC, while also partnering closely with leaders and employees on core People initiatives.
Reporting to the VP of People & Culture, this role sits at the intersection of talent acquisition, business partnership, and People Operations. It is well-suited for someone who enjoys building relationships with hiring managers, running full-cycle recruiting across regions, and staying close to the employee experience in a fast-moving, global startup.
Key Responsibilities
Talent & Recruiting (Primary Focus)
Own end-to-end recruiting for multiple roles across EMEA and APAC, with a strong focus on technical, GTM, and operational hires.
Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring plans, and realistic market expectations.
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer support, and closing.
Ensure a high-quality candidate experience while keeping hiring processes efficient and structured.
People Partnering & Operations
Support managers and employees on day-to-day People topics, acting as a trusted partner during the maternity cover period.
Contribute to People programs, internal documentation, and scalable processes as the company grows.
Support employee engagement initiatives, internal communications, and team events in the Tel Aviv office.
Coordinate and execute employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
Partner with the global People team on ad-hoc projects related to growth, culture, and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements:
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting, or a combined Talent / HRBP role.
Proven experience running full-cycle recruiting across multiple geographies (EMEA and/or APAC strongly preferred).
Experience working in high-growth tech or startup environments (SaaS, fintech, crypto, or similar industries a plus).
Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers.
Highly organized, able to juggle multiple roles and priorities in parallel.
Hands-on, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach.
Experience with HRIS and ATS systems (HiBob experience is a strong plus).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
