Were looking for a full-time Commercial Counsel to join our vibrant Legal team in Tel-Aviv. Wake up for this:
* Work closely with our sales and business teams
* Conduct negotiations and draft commercial international agreements
* Review customers forms, terms, NDAs and other documents

Requirements:
* A certified lawyer, with up to 2 years of experience (not including internship) as an in-house counsel in a high-tech company or prominent law firm, experienced in commercial agreements
* Team player with great interpersonal skills
* Passionate, smart, hardworking, analytical, thrive in a very fast-paced and dynamic environment
* Well versed in English, both written and spoken
* Hebrew speaker
* Ability to work with and use technological tools
* A certified lawyer, with up to 2 years of experience (not including internship) as an in-house counsel in a high-tech company or prominent law firm, experienced in commercial agreements
