We are looking for a visionary CTO to play a pivotal role in shaping the technological strategy of our IT division by closely align with business objectives and staying attuned to the latest market trends, design cutting-edge solutions and foster a culture of innovations to elevate IT technological landscape and support our business goals.

What will your job look like?

• Report directly to the company's chief information officer (CIO) and serve as trusted advisor for the organization professional teams and executives
• Develop and execute the IT technology vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with overall business objectives
• Lead the IT division in adopting innovative technologies that enhance efficiency, scalability, and competitiveness
• Stay tuned to industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure the organization remains at the forefront of technological advancements
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the IT division
• Establish and enforce technical standards, architecture, and policies to ensure robust and scalable solutions

All you need is...
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, etc.).
Proven experience in a senior IT role within a global organization
Deep expertise in a broad range of IT technologies, including Information systems, Infrastructure, Cloud, Network and more
Demonstrated experience in driving technology innovation and digital transformation
Proven ability to develop and execute a strategic vision for technology in alignment with business goals
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
