Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and self-sufficient IT Administrator to join us. In this position you will be responsible for providing comprehensive IT support to our team of developers and product specialists, managing both Windows and Mac devices, and ensuring the seamless operation of our wireless network. This position also encompasses general office management responsibilities, including some facilities management and IT asset lifecycle management.

Responsibilities:

Provide day-to-day support for Dell and Apple laptops running Windows and macOS, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Manage and maintain our wireless network to ensure reliable connectivity for all employees.
Operate and uphold stringent cybersecurity practices to protect company assets and sensitive information.
Onboarding/Offboarding: Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring they have the necessary IT resources and access permissions.
Oversee the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.
Office Management: Perform general office management duties, including facilities management as needed.
Operate independently and manage tasks efficiently, reporting to the Director of Global IT and Security based in the United States.
Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and technologies, and apply this knowledge to improve our security posture.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity company
Strong proficiency with Windows and macOS operating systems
Understanding of MDM, preferably with Intune
Experience with Dell and Apple hardware preferred
In-depth understanding of wireless networking and troubleshooting
Strong commitment to cybersecurity best practices
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and self-manage tasks
Strong communication skills in English and Hebrew
Knowledge of IT asset management tools
Familiarity with facilities management
