We are looking for a Computer Vision & Machine Learning Algorithm Developer to join our Image Processing Group, which is part of the ISTAR & EW Division

The job is located in Rehovot

The Image Processing Group is responsible for developing cutting-edge algorithms in the fields of computer vision and artificial intelligence, supporting advanced airborne, ground, and space-based intelligence and surveillance systems

The Algorithm Developer will be part of a multidisciplinary team, working closely with system engineering and implementation teams to deliver innovative solutions

Responsibilities

Development of advanced algorithms for image understanding and analysis (Computer Vision & AI)
Participation in the design and implementation of operational surveillance and intelligence systems
Collaboration with system engineering and software development teams
Leading algorithmic research and development tasks independently
Contributing to system-level understanding and integration

Requirements

M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Mathematics, Computer Science, or Engineering from a recognized university – must
At least 7 years of proven experience in image processing, computer vision, or machine learning – must
Strong programming skills in C++ and/or Python – must
Experience in deep learning – advantage
Ability to work in a team and lead tasks independently
Strong problem-solving skills and system-level thinking
High motivation and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Good interpersonal skills
Knowledge in GPU programming – advantage
