Senior Zoho CRM Developer & Implementer

Guideline Group (traded on the Tel Aviv stock exchange) is a leading, well-established company in Israel that provides technological solutions in FinTech, Invest-Tech, Legal Tech, and Business Tech (BT).

We are seeking a Senior ZOHO CRM Developer and Implementer to join us. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation, customization, and optimization of the ZOHO CRM platform. Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the successful migration from existing CRM systems, tailoring the system to meet business needs, and providing ongoing support and HO development for the platform

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation, configuration, and deployment of ZOHO CRM and related Products across the organization.
Manage the migration process from current CRM systems to ZOHO CRM, ensuring data integrity and seamless transition
Collaborate with cross-functional departments to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and develop tailored CRM effective solutions that drive business growth and efficiency.
Develop and customize ZOHO CRM modules, workflows, and integrations to enhance system functionality and improve user experience.
Design and implement tailored solutions across ZOHO products (Zoho One), with a focus on leveraging ZOHO Creator for advanced customizations and application development.
Lead Related projects and collaborate with other teams to ensure success.
Provide technical leadership and support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues and conducting training sessions as needed.

Requirements:

At least 4-5 years of experience working with the ZOHO CRM system.
Experience in implementing and transitioning from other CRM systems to ZOHO CRM.
Experience in analyzing and translating customer needs into system solutions.
Strong ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical solutions within Information Systems.
Hands-on experience and deep technical understanding of the system.
Broad perspective and ability to work with different interfaces within the organization.
Knowledge of complementary ZOHO one tools (Creator, Reports, Desk Etc.).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic technological environment.
Relevant education in technology or software engineering – an advantage.
