Job Description:

Purchasing locally and globally in a production / development environment.
Conducting negotiations, closing contracts with suppliers in a professional manner, meeting required quality objectives and timetables, finding suppliers in Israel and abroad, maintaining suppliers, initiating cost reduction activities.
Collaboration in procurement issues, with all the relevant interfaces in the organization, from the requirement to closing orders.
Handling import and export processes, including work with shipping companies and customs agents.
Managing orders with suppliers, monitoring and control until the order is closed.
Ability of working with product trees, pricing of products and assemblies, producing reports and data.

Requirements:

Academic education in Business Administration / Logistics / Industrial Management.
Proven experience of 4-8 years as a procurement buyer.
Proven experience in purchasing in a production / development environment, understanding of export / import processes.
Business and negotiation capabilities, contractual understanding, technical understanding, ability to read drawings and specifications.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team, high learning ability, independence, and getting to details.
High competence in computer applications including Excel, proven experience in ERP systems – PRIORITY, an advantage.
High level English

Job Description:
Overall responsibility for the maintenance of the company’s site and its physical infrastructure. The role includes ongoing facility operations, managing subcontractors and external service providers, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting. The position requires close collaboration with internal departments and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Day-to-day management of building maintenance, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, and more
Managing and supervising subcontractors and service providers
Planning and execution of upgrades, renovations, and facility adaptations
Responsibility for licenses, insurance, workplace standards, and regulatory approvals
Coordination with internal departments regarding logistics and infrastructure needs

Requirements:

Proven experience in site/facility management – mandatory
Experience managing subcontractors and working with suppliers – mandatory
Strong technical knowledge of building maintenance (electricity, HVAC, infrastructure) – mandatory
Excellent management, organizational, and coordination skills
Full proficiency in Hebrew (reading, writing, speaking)
Availability for a full-time, on-site position
