Responsibilities

 Overall responsibility for the Company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, as well as reporting and control activities to monitor and assess the company’s financial performance

 Monitor, analyze and deliver insight regarding business metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)

 Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual BvA processes and prepare ongoing reports to the company’s stakeholders.

 Assist in building the company’s annual operating plan (budget) and multi-year plans

 Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for executive leadership and external stakeholders, such as management reports, board presentations, and investor updates

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams both within finance (Accounting, Bookkeeping) and other departments (Operations, Sales, R&D) in the organization

 Assist with the development and implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

 Take ownership of Hosting/Cloud cost management, providing detailed analysis and reporting to optimize expenditures and support strategic decision-making

 Responsible for cost control, purchasing strategy and supplier management

 Monitor the company’s cash flow

 Lead ad-hoc projects and analyses, including defining and improving internal processes

REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications

 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with budgets and financial forecasts in a global organization – Must

 Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and analytics

 Excellent communication skills with perfect command of English

 Strong collaboration and Influencing skills

 Customer-centric, strategic thinker and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

 Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

 Experienced with Priority ERP software- big advantage

 Experience working with Salesforce- big advantage

 Experience working with NetSuite systems- big advantage

 Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or relevant degree, MBA strongly preferred
