You’ll start by getting introduced to our domain and our growing design system. Later on, you will be expected to utilize your full range of product design, research, interaction design, and visual design skills, to own the experience for a wide area of the product.ResponsibilitiesYou will be a strategic member of our Product Design team (part of Product), influencing the design evolution of our products while working closely with Product Managers.As a Product Designer, you will:Own the product design of different products and applicationsResearch and understand users needs/pain points with business vision and initiate ideas and concepts to support themTranslate concepts into wireframes and mockups that lead to intuitive UX flowsTurn mockups into pixel-perfect designs and create prototypes to guide developmentSupport for the development of an existing Design System and its on going enrichmentAdvocate user-centric solutions while considering time-to-marketImplement Usability Testing and other UX methodologiesWho are you?An enthusiastic Product Designer with a strong interest in complex systems, user research, data visualization, and other ways to gain deeper insights into real user needs and pain pointsAn independent and collaborative partner in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentYou are flexible to change, and open to giving and receiving constructive feedbackHave a good aesthetic sense, with sensitivity to hierarchies and simplicityWell-organized in your work-flows, files, and processesA passionate communicator and advocate for your users, who can clearly articulate desired solutionsRequirements3+ years of experience with UX/Product Design in complex systems/B2B companies.
