Full-Stack node.js Team Leader

A leading SAAS product company is looking for a Software Development Team Leader!
What will you actually be doing?
Lead the development effort of our Electron-based editor infrastructure and our browser extensions.
Guide team development efforts to ensure successful task delivery in order to answer the business needs both in the short and in the long term.
Provide technical leadership by coaching and mentoring team members.
Collaborate with other departments, software developers and architects to plan, design, develop, test, maintain and deliver code and infrastructure.

At least 4 years of programming experience.
At least 2 years of experience in a technical leadership position.
Proficient in JavaScript – ES5 and ES6 on both browser and nodeJS environments.
Familiarity with software development methodologies and the ability to manage software development processes.
Ability to take initiative and find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes.
Technical – both high level and hands-on.
Comprehensive understanding of development techniques, theories, architecture and tools (such as CI/CD).
Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders.
Exceptionally good at debugging, performance profiling and optimization.
Experience with developing electron applications or browser extensions – advantage.
