The company is leading POS and services American company for independent small
shops across the US, part of a big american corporation.

Our new and exciting challenge is making the next generation of the Point-of-Sale system
the Panther POS. Panther Pos has been launched to an Alpha MVP in live stores.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and grow Android (option to a multi-disciplinary team in the future) engineering team
Work in a lean, delivery oriented and agile start-up-like product team
Work hand in hand with Product Manager to deliver amazing products
Responsible for the full development process ownership: technical designs, architecture,
imple-mentation, and deployments of the Panther POS
Delegating and overseeing work and assignments in an efficient way to team members
Build and delivery management including Jira, Firebase and Playstore support
Lead technical sprint

Requirements:
B.A/BSc in Computer Science of known university/college or equivalent experience
Hands-on experience in Android mobile app architecture, flow, design, implementation,
and re-lease including proficiency in JAVA and Kotlin languages to write clear, readable, and maintainable code
Experience leading a team as both a deep technical leader and a thoughtful people manager.
Strong track record of leading and managing the delivery of software development projects,
meeting key milestones, and overcoming challenges
3 years of experience leading an engineering team
5 years of experience developing Android apps in Kotlin
Experience with large-scale software development including software maintenance, resolving
significant technical issues as well as providing direction for new software technology/process
development activities to meet specific product goals.
