We are hiring an Evening Receptionist.

Requirements:

High-level interpersonal communication
Excellent service consciousness
Responsibility, Can-do attitude, Organized
Full knowledge and experience with MS Office
Familiarity with ERP systems (Priority) - advantage

Responsibilities:

Working hours: Sunday-Thursday 17:00-22:00

Sitting at the company reception (answering the phone, emails, etc.)
Supervision and tracking of orders and invoices in the ERP system
Responsible for providing administrative services in the Operations department
Accompanying various projects and assisting the Purchase and Maintenance manager and the team with all office procedures and tasks
Additional tasks as requested by the manager.
