Bookeeper

We are looking for a bookkeeper to join our finance team.

Responsibilities Include:

Full bookkeeping of the group's records

Managing suppliers (Israeli and international)- invoices entries and reconciliations

Customers and suppliers reconciliation

Accounts Receivables - Invoicing, collection, reconciliation, and aging reports

Monitor & review of the day-to-day transactions, maintaining the books up to date

Prepare financial and administrative reports as needed

Month-end accruals

Filling and preparation of supporting docs for audit

Tax monthly reporting

Requirements:

• 3 years of bookkeeping experience. Experience in Manufacturing company- Advantage

• Experience and deep knowledge of Priority ERP-Advantage

• High-level of English language (both spoken and written)

• Strong Excel skills

• Excellent communication and organizational skills in English

• Team player and service-oriented

• Type 1 + 2 bookkeeping certificates – must
