Sales Operation Desk

Description

Manage order to cash process.
Order Entry of Sales orders, Subscriptions, Sales Agreements in oracle cloud system
Activation and billing of Subscriptions
Products delivery to sites
Review sales contracts and follow up invoicing per miles-stones.
Work with daily and weekly reports to follow up orders progress.
Work with various tools to maintain and follow up projects data for invoicing.
Focal point for customers Managed Services orders
Daily coordination with various internal groups (sales, services, finance, operations, product management) etc.
Work on sales force.com (quotes, opportunities, cases, reports)

Requirements

Previous experience in a global telecom company
Previous experience in sales operations position
Excellent communication skills in English
Advance knowledge with Microsoft office tools, excellent in Excel
Motivated and high service orientated.
Flexibility to work with NA working hours.
Previous experience with ERP System, oracle cloud – advantage
Previous knowledge in sales force.com
