Spinomenal is looking for our new IT Team Member to join our team.

Requirements:

3+ year's experience as an IT with proven experience
Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 - Must
Experience with both MacOS and Windows 10
Strong experience with CIS benchmarks & best practices
Excellent people skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in English speaking and writing

Responsibilities:

Act as the Go-To for all IT things aspects
Define and implement IT best practices, security audits, processes manage ongoing IT projects
You will own the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of computer systems and networks
Ensuring the security of data, network access, and backup systems
Preserving assets, information security, and control structures
Leading desktop support efforts, ensuring all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment problems are resolved promptly with limited disruptions
Manage and oversee the administration and maintenance of our licenses, tools, and software applications
Managing external contractors for the Helpdesk and complex IT activities
Troubleshooting issues and outages
Plan and monitor the IT annual budget and ensure cost-effectiveness
