Senior AI Product Manager

The mission of this team is to create the trusted go-to, AI-first personalized travel partner—so invaluable to frequent business travelers that they can't imagine traveling without it.Product Managers at Navan are the key drivers of the product's impact. We expect a deep understanding of our customers, a passion for data and data-informed decisions, great communication with all stakeholders, and a drive to execute. In your product team, you will work with engineers and designers to develop a product strategy and execute on a roadmap in an environment where change is the only constant.What you'll do:Reimagine the business travel experience before, during, and after the tripDevelop and communicate the vision and roadmap of the productDrive product features and enhancements while managing tradeoffs and relentlessly prioritizingEngage directly with customers and drive solutions for their evolving needs and challengesCollaborate daily with Design, AI Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams through all phases of product developmentLeverage data to make informed decisions when confronted with ambiguityUnderstand technical dependencies and communicate necessary changes to Engineering counterpartsDefine and deliver on market research objectives and key performance indicatorsWhat We're Looking For:5+ years' experience as a Product Manager, preferably at a SaaS B2C companyA computer science degree or equivalentGenuine passion and deep expertise in AI products, with an eagerness to innovate and drive our technology forwardA track record of building and scaling complex products, both in product discovery and product optimizationThe ability to gather and apply qualitative and quantitative data metricsEffective communication skills, both verbal and written, for every audienceA prioritization hero who understands when and how to say no or postpone tasksA commitment to doing what it takes to get things done in a smart wayA love for travel and roller coaster rides
