FP&A Analyst

Nayax is looking for a high-energy, driven FP&A Analyst to join our team and take a role in analyzing our growing operation and developing business insights. The FP&A Analyst position is accountable for supporting the budget and forecast structuring and analysis of Nayax.

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

Perform budget structuring and forecasting analysis.
Manage the monthly close process and produce budget variance reports.
Maintain a rolling forecast, adjusted to reflect the most recent business events.
Act as a business partner to all business and functional owners throughout the organization; provide value-added insights and recommendations to enable senior management optimization of budget spending.
Local procurement management (PO approvals aligned with budget, PO cleansing and maintenance, provide support and training on procurement process).
Create and measure ad-hoc business and financial deep dives.

Requirements:

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH:

Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Accounting.
2+ years of financial-analytical experience at a global organization
Knowledge of statistical and mathematical models
Excel expert
Well organized with problem solving and analytical capabilities
Ability to drill down to the details as well as see the large picture
Strong interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Comfortable working in a dynamic and changing environment

ADVANTAGE:

MBA an advantage
Project Management experience
Strong IS orientation (ERP, BI)
