Risk Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Risk Identification: Identify potential risks across financial, credit, operational, strategic domains and emerging risks (i.e. Cyber risk and ESG).
Risk Evaluation: Assess the potential impact of risks on the company's business continuity and overall performance, in line with risk mapping framework.
Risk Mitigation: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with internal risk management policies and external regulatory requirements.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and other regulatory frameworks affecting business operations and information security.
Risk Assessment Tools: Utilize financial, credit, and operational data to assess and monitor risks on an ongoing basis, including KRIs as part of Risk appetite monitoring.
Reporting: Prepare and present risk assessment reports to senior leadership, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders.
Culture of Risk Awareness: Promote and foster a risk-aware culture within the organization through education and collaboration.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with external regulatory authorities and internal teams to align risk management practices with business goals and regulations.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing risks related to operational, financial, credit, insurance, and IT domains.
Strong understanding of risk assessment frameworks, regulatory compliance, and internal control processes.
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration).
Relevant certifications in risk management (e.g., CRM, PRM, FRM) are an advantage.

Skills:

High proficiency in English, both written and verbal.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior leadership and external regulators.
Strong attention to detail and service orientation.
Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex risk scenarios.
